**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Strategy**:

- Develop and execute social media content strategies in line with brand objectives.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including copy, graphics, and videos.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update social media profiles and pages.
- Schedule and publish daily posts, ensuring consistency and timely execution.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and engagement across social media platforms.
- **Engagement & Community Management**:

- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages in a timely manner.
- Foster relationships with influencers, followers, and other brands.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns via social media channels.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on social media engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- **Campaign Development**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new products, services, or events.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing campaign assets.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the PR, marketing, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains competitive.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
