**Summary**

We are looking for L2 product support executives. The primary focus will be on handling client enquires both technical and functional and responding to them for a quick resolution. Need to work with a client to understand the support ticket and resolve software and technical queries of client efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, correct and provide root cause analysis of technical issues
- Gather information required in order to best handle the specialized software
- Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by partnering within L1.
- Document customer technical issues.
- Prioritize and manage customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate.
- Own client's technical issues from initial report to resolution, and communicate regularly regarding issue status.
- Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and availability.
- Document solutions for knowledge base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL (Script)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, Team management.
- Good interpersonal skills & technical skills (Interacting with clients)
- Good in troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working the Night Shift.

**Work experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience
- Experience in MYSQL(Script), and React Js is a plus
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus

**Location**:
Chennai (work from home) is available

Schedule:

- Night shift
