**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and organizing digital files to ensure efficient operations.

**2. Content Creation**:Write, edit, and curate high-quality content for blogs, articles, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and messaging.

**3. Research**:Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce accurate and relevant content that resonates with our audience.

**4. Content Management**: Maintain and update the content on the company website and other platforms, ensuring all information is current and engaging.

**5. Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, design, and technical teams to align content efforts with larger marketing campaigns and objectives.

**6. Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor content performance metrics and analyze data to derive insights for improving content strategy.

**7. Brand Consistency**: Ensure all written content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone across all platforms.

**8. Administrative Tools**:Utilize tools like WordPress for content management and CRM tools for tracking engagement and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin and Content Writer, with a portfolio showcasing writing samples and administrative achievements.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies is highly desirable.
- A keen analytical mind-set, the ability to interpret data, and the ability to adjust strategies accordingly are also highly valued skillsets.
