We are looking for a sweat equity Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will oversee all development, (coding) teams at Acowale.

The chief technology officer will supervise the dev team, systems and quality assurance processes working with the Founder/CEO to create our solutions to help small business rediscover the retail shopping.

Strong dev skills are essential in this role. A well-versed knowledge of current technological trends with a variety of business concepts is expected.

**About Us**

Acowale is a very early-stage startup looking to find the right CTO.
Strong full stack experience with cross platform development experience with React, Tailwind CSS, HTML, Native, Flutter or similar technology for cross platform development. Also should be well-versed about backend systems.

This position is sweat equity.

Chief Technology Officer Responsibilities:

- Build and manage the Dev Team
- Build and manage backend
- Build frontend systems

Chief Technology Officer Requirements:

- Solid background in providing software development services.
- Knowledge of technological trends to develop strategy.
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strategic thinking.
