Ø Consent fulfillment from the patient

Ø Consent dispatch to central office

Ø Receive and make calls from/to Patients

Ø Schedule patient home visits (if applicable)

Ø Program detailing to the patient before consent

Ø Injection comfort and education (if applicable)

Ø Extend Value Added Services (VAS)

Ø Report ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction)

Ø Report activities on a daily basis

Ø Reporting to Project Manager in the given formats

Profile’s Basic requirement:
Ø **Good communication in local language (Kannada)of respective city and English**

Ø Should know areas of the city

Ø Must have relevant qualification (B.Sc Nursing/ GNM, Nursing diploma)

Ø Must be ready to travel within the city and around the city

Ø Must be presentable

Salary : Fixed plus DA (Rs300/-)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
