B-Power Industries Pvt. Ltd., a Kanpur-based fintech startup, empowers India’s 63M MSMEs in a $1.5T market with 48-day interest-free credit and 1-day payments. With a bank MoU and Startup India/StartinUP registrations, we aim for 100 MSMEs by 2026 and ₹100 Cr by 2027.

**Role Overview**:
As Entrepreneur-in-House, you will drive B-Power’s growth by building our fintech platform. Responsibilities include fundraising, strategic planning, team building, execution, and brainstorming innovative solutions for MSME empowerment.Responsibilities:Secure funding through investor pitches and grants.Develop and execute strategic business plans.Build and lead a high-performing team.Drive operational execution and brainstorm growth strategies.

**Requirements:B.Tech with MBA preferred**; proven expertise in fundraising, planning, and team leadership.Strong execution skills and passion for fintech/MSMEs.Excellent communication and innovative thinking.
