**Key Responsibilities1. Guest Service**
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present the menu, explain dishes, and make recommendations, particularly for Indian specialties.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special dietary requirements or spice preferences.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

**2. Knowledge & Menu Familiarity**
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including preparation methods, ingredients, and spice levels.
- Suggest food and beverage pairings, including traditional Indian accompaniments.
- Be aware of daily specials and promotions.

**3. Service Standards**
- Follow sequence of service and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and side stations.
- Assist in table setup and clearance as per restaurant guidelines.

**4. Hygiene & Safety**
- Follow personal grooming standards and dress code.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle glassware, cutlery, and crockery with care.

**5. Teamwork & Coordination**
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
- Assist colleagues during peak hours.
- Report any guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
