**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement merchandising strategies tailored to international markets to boost sales and profitability.
- Analyze global jewellery trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to curate appealing product collections.
- Manage inventory levels across multiple markets, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing excess inventory.
- Collaborate with designers, international suppliers, and manufacturers to create innovative jewellery designs and collections.
- Negotiate with global vendors to source high-quality gemstones and materials at competitive prices.
- Monitor sales performance, providing actionable insights to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Work with the marketing team to create impactful product displays and promotional campaigns for international markets.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Stay informed about global jewellery trends, gemstone markets, and emerging design techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 3-4 years of experience as a merchandiser in the gems and jewellery industry, with exposure to international markets.
- In-depth knowledge of silver jewellery, gemstones, and global market trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and adapt to diverse market needs.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, MS Office, and tools for international trade.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for jewellery design with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with international teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion merchandising, international trade, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus for international communication.
