**Job brief**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing the organization's management information systems to ensure efficient and effective data management, reporting, and analysis. This role involves maintaining data integrity, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, validate, and maintain data from various departments, ensuring accuracy and integrity through regular audits
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, analyze data for insights, and create dashboards for presentation
- Manage and update MIS systems, provide technical support, and coordinate with IT for upgrades
- Identify and implement process improvements for data management and reporting, and document SOPs
- Train staff on MIS tools, and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in data management or related areas are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools such as SQL, MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI.

Familiarity with database management systems and ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
