We are seeking an fresher for QMS (Quality Management System) Consultant - Trainee to join our team. As a QMS Consultant at Sri Amma Associates, you will be responsible for developing, guiding the clients in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with various clients to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide clients through the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop customized QMS implementation plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Provide hands-on support and training to client staff on QMS procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Assist clients in preparing for and executing internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to help clients identify trends and areas for corrective action.
- Develop and review quality documentation, including procedures, manuals, and records, to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with client teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure successful QMS integration.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and standards to provide clients with the latest compliance guidance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field / Diploma / ITI.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Quality Management Systems and consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of QMS standards (ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- At this job, you'll be working at various locations every day. Flexibility and adaptability are key as you'll be moving around quite a bit.
