Position Title: Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist

Department: Global Marketing

Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager

**Job Purpose**:
The primary purpose of this position is to meet the company’s social media marketing activities to improve sales, customer acquisition, engagement rate and brand loyalty.

The Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
**Reporting**:Provide internal and competitive reports on social media trends and results

**Web**: Maintain & develop pop-ups (Sleeknote), Google analytics Set-up; monitoring, Ongoing webmaster tasks, report & follow up on bug fixes

**Content**: Content creation, Collect input (1st drafts) from Sales, HR, etc., Manage content review process

**Leads**: Leads capture, Create monthly lead list for Sales

This position requires frequent cross functional collaboration with the Global Marketing Teams, Sales and Distribution teams.

**Principal Accountabilities**

**Key Challenges**
Skills, Know How and Experience
- Create engaging visuals to execute social media global and local plans to engage and attract new customers
- Coordinate with the global marketing team to localize and deploy engaging content across multiple social platforms.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and ROI through data analysis
- Understand and monitor competitor social strategies and articulate threats and opportunities to the management team.
- Working cross functionally, across BU’s, Sales Teams and Marketing teams and across geographies.
- Ensuring KPIs and ROI is achieved.

Skills/Know How
- Experience in social media campaigns will be a plus
- Results orientated and able to take ownership and use initiative, meeting deadlines and working in a fast paced environment
- Must demonstrate collaboration skills, team working and influencing skills.
- Language skills - fluent in written and spoken English

Experience
- Experience in Graphic designing
- Experience in Social media
- Experience in Adobe/Photoshop or similar tools
- Associates or Bachelor Degree

**Position Dimensions**:

- Location - Cochin, India
- Member of Global Marketing Team.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 3 years (preferred)
- Design: 5 years (preferred)
