Job Role: The Custody Services department provides Custody and Clearing & Settlement services to foreign and domestic institutional investors like FPIs, PMSs, Private Equity Funds, Alternate Investment Funds, Family Offices, etc. The department also provides services incidental to the ones mentioned above like FX conversions, corporate actions, regulatory reporting, etc.Would be the single point contact for custody clients which are Global Custodial Clients / FPIs.Coordination with various departments towards all investment activities of Global Custodial Clients / FPIsEnsure quick responses to client queries across multiple facets of services providedEnsuring TAT for replying to client queries as well as coordination to ensure that client transactions are processed by operations team within TATKnowledge pertaining to investments in equity and debt under primary and secondary market route.Knowledge pertaining to SEBI and RBI regulations pertaining to custody and capital markets.Knowledge of Depository Services in NSDL
