**Role Overview**: As a Graphic Designer at DIGITAL CHAABI, you will play a pivotal role in designing and creating visual content across various media. You will work closely with our creative team and clients to produce engaging designs for marketing materials, social media, websites, and other digital and print platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across different media and projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work with marketing strategists, content creators, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations.
- **Concept Development**: Translate client briefs and creative concepts into visually appealing designs. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.
- **Feedback Integration**: Review and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and enhance designs.
- **File Management**: Prepare and organize design files for various formats and platforms, ensuring that all assets are correctly optimized for use.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve your design skills and contribute innovative ideas.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all design deliverables are accurate and of the highest quality before final production or publication.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work is required.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools. Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with an ability to think outside the box and develop visually striking designs.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to team members and clients.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
