As a Pharmacy Assistant/Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services to our patients. You will work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Dispensing Medications**: Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients based on physician orders, ensuring the correct dosage and instructions are provided.
- **Medication Management**: Maintain inventory levels of pharmaceuticals, monitor expiration dates, and ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
- **Patient Consultation**: Provide counseling to patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and any other relevant information.
- **Prescription Processing**: Process prescription orders, verify insurance information, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Medication Reconciliation**: Collaborate with healthcare providers to reconcile medication lists, identify discrepancies, and ensure patient safety during transitions of care.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients on medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and other aspects of disease management to promote optimal health outcomes.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of prescription orders, patient profiles, medication histories, and other relevant information.
- **Quality Assurance**: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, medication safety reviews, and regulatory compliance activities to ensure the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff, to optimize patient care and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Prior experience working in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals, dosage forms, and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic software and computer knowledge

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
