**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Conduct Online French Sessions**:Plan and deliver interactive and engaging French language sessions through Zoom for students of various age groups.
Ensure that the content is aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards.

**Create Lesson Plans**:Develop comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
Integrate technology and interactive resources to enhance the learning experience.

**Assessment and Feedback**:Evaluate students' performance and progress through various assessment methods.
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.

**Classroom Management**:Maintain a positive and inclusive online learning environment.
Effectively manage virtual classrooms and address any technical issues that may arise during sessions.

**Communication**:Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school administrators regarding progress and any concerns.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective online learning experience.

**Professional Development**:Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in online teaching methodologies.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in French, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in conducting online French language sessions.
- Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms, particularly Zoom.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the online learning environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
