Diagnose & troubleshoot hardware issues (motherboards, CPUs, RAM, storage, GPUs, power supplies).
Repair/replace faulty components & perform BIOS updates.
Fix heating, power supply, and system crash issues.
Install & troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Configure network security, firewalls, and access points.
Resolve IP conflicts, connectivity issues, and optimize bandwidth.
Install & configure Windows, Linux, macOS.
Fix software crashes, driver issues, and perform OS recovery.
Install & manage antivirus, firewalls, and security tools.
Repair & troubleshoot printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards.
Install & update drivers for external peripherals.
Assist with server maintenance & troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox.
Manage local file sharing & Active Directory (AD).
Strong hardware diagnostics & PC assembly skills.
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
BIOS, system boot, and firmware update expertise.
Basic electrical troubleshooting (power supply, circuits, capacitors).
Ability to troubleshoot BSOD, slow performance, overheating.
Router setup, cable crimping, and network security skills.
Basic server administration & cloud networking experience.
Strong problem-solving & customer service skills.
Cloud computing knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
CCTV installation & IP camera networking experience.
Familiarity with IoT, smart home automation, industrial networking.
Mobile phone & tablet repair skills (added advantage).
Work in an IT service center, corporate office, or client locations.
