**Position - Production_ Battery Assembly**

**Employment Type - **Full-Time & Permanent

**Responsibilities**:
1) To Manage day to day activities of Battery Management System (BMS) Centre and meet its hardware and software and training requirement

2) To Co-ordinate with Store/Dispatch for inward and outward of Battery

3) To Supervise the Cell Testing, Cell Bunching, Grouping & Line Process

4) To Manage entire assembly line

5) Testing & Validation of output Lithium Ion-Batteries

6) Verification & Validation of new firmware & products

7) Ensuring zero defect in -FG & final inspection

8) Handling Manpower & material Schedule

9) Production Planning according to the availability, FIFO and Customer requirement

10) Maintaining 5- S Condition on shopfloor

11) Ensuring Process Compliance as per technical specification and SOP

12) Handling the tasks maintaining high quality of Production and reduction in rework

13) Skill enhancement training for reporters

**Qualification & Requirement**:
1) Should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field,

2) 3+ years of experience in Li-ion battery assembly or similar precision manufacturing. Your expertise should encompass Li-ion battery chemistry and production processes, a commitment to safety, strong problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.

**Job Location**:Bangalore (Jigani, Bangalore )

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
