**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a focus on Spring Batch.
- Proficiency in core Java concepts, multithreading, collections, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with Spring Framework, particularly Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and Spring Data.
- Strong database skills, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with batch job scheduling tools such as Cron, Quartz, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of build tools like Maven or Gradle, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
