**Job description for a Q & A tester:

- **
- A Q&A tester responsible for Ensuring the quality through systematic Testing process.
- Manual testing of all the features with different use cases and scenarios.
- Ultimately should be able to do Automated testing
- Understand and help with the final requirements.
- Prepare documentation on the ongoing process.
- Prepare an SOP around the process
- Always look for new and better improvements
- Should be able to look into UI/UX of the systems.
- Should be able Give Demo of the process.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in the field of Quality Management, Engineering with minimum 1-2 years of experience.
- Proven experience in quality management and assurance roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

**Compensation**
- Based on output and not years of experience.
