**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners.
- Conduct hotel site inspections and client meetings to showcase facilities and services.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate terms in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Events) to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and local market conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
