**Position: EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:
Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on activities, to educate employees on EHS policies, procedures, and regulations.

The EHS Trainer will be responsible He will be responsible for ensuring pretraining and conducting effective training with efficient time management skills.

Constitutionalizing and developing need by safety training modules for maintaining the same safe work practices.

To provide hands-on training on the field demonstrational practical training

Site audits for safety compliances

Ordering people in terms of safety awareness process procedures

Auditing subcontractors for all safety compliances Implement new and existing safety training.

Work with various departments to identify productivity limiting gaps for safety violations for lost days and support corrective action through the training end of the

Coordinate and conduct EHS training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hire orientation, refresher courses, and specialized training as needed.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and observation, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.

Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry trends related to EHS, and update training materials accordingly.

Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Participate in EHS audits, inspections, and meetings, and assist in identifying areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

**Advanced Diploma In Industrial Safety (ADIS) Is Mandatory**

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
