**Role: PL/SQL L2 Support**

**Location: Chennai/Hyderabad (Onsite)**

**Experience: 6+ Years**

**Notice: Immediate Joiners / Less than 15 Days**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to **Oracle PL/SQL** queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes or workarounds.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Monitor batch jobs, database processes, and system performance.
- Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
- Participate in on-call support rotation and ensure SLAs are met.

**Required Skills**:

- 6-10 years of experience in **PL/SQL development and support**.
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills in **Oracle SQL/PLSQL**.
- Experience with **incident management and ticketing tools** (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.).
- Good understanding of **UNIX/Linux commands** and shell scripting (basic).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
