We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated **Associate
- AI Solution Delivery** to join our fast-moving team. In this role, you'll work on building, maintaining, and optimizing AI agents that power real-world business interactions.
This is a hands-on opportunity to dive deep into the world of **Generative AI**, **prompt engineering**, and **GTM**, while working closely with clients, understanding their workflows, and directly improving agent effectiveness and business outcomes.

**Location**: Bangalore (Work from Office - Domlur)

**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Build, maintain, and enhance **Conversational AI agents** using large language models (LLMs)
- Collaborate with the team to **deploy AI agents in real client environments**:

- Collect and analyze client feedback and agent performance data to **iterate and improve agent responses**:

- Experiment with **prompting techniques**, persona design, fallback strategies, and edge case handling
- Understand client processes deeply to **automate workflows using AI agents**Work in a fast-paced 0
- 1 environment where ambiguity is a feature, not a bug

- Strong **problem-solving skills** with the ability to think critically and creatively
