**Job Description: Centre Incharge - Coaching Institute**

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic **Centre Incharge** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our coaching institute. The Centre Incharge will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality academic delivery, and driving the institute's growth while maintaining a student-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Centre Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the institute.
- Manage scheduling of classes, faculty assignments, and classroom availability.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- **Academic Coordination**:

- Monitor the quality of teaching and academic programs delivered.
- Address student queries and provide necessary academic support.
- Organize workshops, assessments, and feedback sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and supervise administrative and academic staff.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the team.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.
- **Student Engagement and Retention**:

- Build strong relationships with students and parents to understand their needs.
- Address grievances promptly and effectively.
- Monitor student attendance and academic progress, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- **Business Development and Growth**:

- Plan and execute strategies to increase student enrollment.
- Organize promotional activities such as seminars, events, and community outreach programs.
- Track competitors’ offerings and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Reporting and Financial Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of student admissions, fee collection, and expenses.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on the centre’s performance.
- Ensure cost-effective management of resources while meeting financial goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing educational institutions or similar roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
