**Job Responsibility**

**Market Penetration**:

- Conduct extensive field visits to identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on untapped opportunities.

**Client Acquisition and Retention**:

- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into long-term partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans with clear goals and timelines.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products/services during client interactions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
