**Job Title**: SGA Technician (Sales Generating Assets)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of Coca-Cola equipment (Visi-coolers, Deep Freezers, etc.) at customer premises
- Timely preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure asset uptime
- Maintain proper documentation of installation/service reports
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage asset deployment as per requirement
- Maintain and monitor inventory of tools and spare parts
- Ensure compliance with company’s asset handling guidelines and safety standards
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on-site
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive client relationships

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- ITI or Diploma in **RAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)**:

- 0-2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Basic understanding of electricals and cooling systems
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to work independently in the field
