About the Role

We are looking for a driven and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help execute high-impact influencer campaigns in the beauty and luxury space. If you have 1-2years of hands-on experience in influencer collaboration, campaign execution, and brand storytelling-especially in D2C or premium beauty segments-this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build strong relationships with influencers in the beauty and luxury segment
- Support the planning and execution of end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and creative approvals with influencers and internal teams
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Stay updated with emerging beauty/skincare influencer trends and platform algorithms
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and brand teams for campaign alignment
- Ensure timely communication and flawless execution from onboarding to post-campaign analysis

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or campaign management
- Solid understanding of beauty, skincare, and luxury consumer trends
- Previous experience with D2C brands or high-engagement social media campaigns

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
