**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum (CBSE).
- Create and implement diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor students' progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to promote growth and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules, creating a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
- Actively participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
- Support the overall well-being of students, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred.
- Proven teaching experience in a similar educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and inspire students.
- Knowledge of classroom technology and teaching tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Compensation**: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
