**Position**: Support Executive - Tale Caller

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Communicate fluently and effectively in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and response time.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar support or tale-caller role.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
- Knowledge of guiding customer with the help of ANYDESK or ULTRAVIEWER

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
