As a Banking Collections Specialist at **RJ Enterprises**, you will play a crucial role in our debt recovery process. You will be responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding debts while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
