Digital Marketing Executive

**Job Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for **planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels** to attract potential students and enhance Coreframe's online presence.

**Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement **data-driven digital marketing strategies** to drive student enrollments.
- Plan and manage **SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns** for lead generation.
- Execute **social media marketing strategies** across platforms like **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter**.
- Optimize **Google My Business (GMB) listings** to improve local search rankings.

**SEO & Website Optimization**:

- Perform **keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO optimizations**.
- Optimize **landing pages, meta tags, and website content** for search rankings.
- Monitor **website analytics, traffic trends, and conversion rates** to improve performance.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure **website speed, mobile responsiveness, and UX improvements**.

**Content Marketing & Branding**:

- Create and manage **high-quality blog posts, case studies, and video content** for brand awareness.
- Work with designers to create **compelling graphics, banners, and infographics** for marketing.
- Plan and execute **YouTube and video marketing strategies**.

**Paid Advertising & Lead Generation**:

- Manage **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and social media ad campaigns**.
- Optimize **campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting** for better ROI.
- Conduct **A/B testing on ads, CTAs, and landing pages** to improve conversion rates.
- Track and report **ad performance metrics using Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel**.

**Social Media Management & Engagement**:

- Grow and manage **Coreframe’s social media presence** across multiple platforms.
- Post **engaging content, student success stories, and training highlights** regularly.
- Engage with the community by responding to **comments, messages, and reviews**.
- Plan and execute **social media contests, live Q&A sessions, and interactive polls**.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze **campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools**.
- Generate **weekly and monthly reports** on website traffic, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.

**Skills & Qualifications:Educational Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field**.
- Certification in **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing** (preferred).

**Experience**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in **digital marketing, SEO, or paid advertising**.
- Hands-on experience in **running performance marketing campaigns**.
- Experience in **education or ed-tech marketing** is a plus.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing**.
- Experience in **Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads**.
- Hands-on experience with **WordPress, Elementor, and content management systems (CMS)**.
- Familiarity with **automation tools like Zapier, CRM software, and chatbot marketing**.
- Knowledge of **graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator** (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
