Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes for all school supplies and equipment.
- Maintain and update a database of approved vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Coordinate with school departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased items and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and filing.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
