Construction site: Pollachi, Tamil Nadu

**Salary**: Rs 18K - 25K (based on experience)

We are looking for a disciplined & skilled professional with interest in taking up the responsibilities & handling site work.

The ability to understand, Govt legal paperwork, drawings, and other contract documents.

Responsible for getting various govt approval

Ordering required materials for construction and interior

Contacting and liaising with the contractors

Supervising site work
- A positive attitude.
- Good communication skills,
- A good understanding of construction and Interior Designing.
- Willing to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pollachi, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
