**Financial Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure proper reporting of assets, liabilities, and equity.
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries and ensure they are appropriately recorded.
- **General Accounting Functions**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and accruals.
- Prepare, review, and process bank reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
- **Audit & Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation of workpapers and schedules for annual external audits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accounting standards.
- Work with internal auditors to ensure efficient and accurate audits.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide detailed variance analysis and collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance.
- **Team Leadership & Training**:

- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff, ensuring their professional growth and efficient performance.
- Coordinate the training and development of accounting staff on policies, procedures, and software.
- **Taxation**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.
- Ensure timely payment of tax liabilities and compliance with tax laws.

Pay: ₹14,623.59 - ₹35,000.00 per month
