**Job Title**: AVP - Finance

**Location**: Noida Sector 142
**Team Size**: 5-6 members

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting**
- Supervise daily accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Implement internal controls and process enhancements to ensure data integrity.

**Team Management**
- Lead and mentor a finance team of 5-6 members.
- Allocate tasks, review work, and provide guidance on day-to-day activities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a culture of learning and accountability.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**
- Assist in preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Provide variance analysis with insights and recommendations.

**Compliance & Audit**
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, ROC, and other regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely audits and closure of audit queries.

**Cash Flow & Treasury**
- Monitor daily cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for funding requirements, facilities, and documentation.

**Business Support**
- Partner with operations and business teams for financial planning and decision support.
- Develop and monitor key financial KPIs and dashboards.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: CA / CMA / MBA in Finance or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in co-working, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, Balance Sheet and compliance.
- Experience in handling accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
