The duties will be primarily to enhance the Digital Course Quality and Coordinating with students and teachers, as well as improve the doubt management based on understanding the recorded course content. You will also be involved in data management, course coordination, timely delivery, etc. To be successful in this role, you will need to understand the process of teaching and learning to its core. Given our growing targets, we hire some best minds who can take a lead to create and manage world class courses by using digital content of partner instructors. **__________________________________** **S/he should be** 1) A Team player who understands the importance of growing together with people working in multiple domains. 2) Good in English speaking and writing skills with a strong educational background. 2) An extrovert who doesn't hesitate to communicate, schedule and drive content creation with instructors. 3) Targeting result oriented tasks and shall have ability to analyze and demonstrate the impact. 4) Pro in using MS Office tools and knowledge of google workspace is a plus. 5) Hardwork and dedication leads to proper completion of tasks on tight deadlines. 6) Comfortable and dedicated to work in a fast paced startup environment. **__________________________________** **Roles** 1) Extraction Concepts, doubts & content from videos. 2) Interested in education and learning. 3) Communication and coordination with Institutes, Instructors and students. 4) Good interpersonal skills to drive successful implementation of services. 5) Extract promotional material from Digital courses to aid promotional activities. 4) Present ideas, create presentations, documents, graphics, etc. to drive tasks, promotions and shall orient ideas towards valuable results. 5) Shall drive ideas and bring output single handedly or with least help from others. 6) Ready to understand and help in editing of videos, graphics, etc. **__________________________________** **Required** 1) 0-2 years of experience in education, writing or training. 2) Highly motivated, energetic and creative individuals. 3) Quick ideation and creation using Google workspace tools. 4) Good understanding of process workflow. 6) Ability to work in a startup environment (6 days of working). **__________________________________** **Equal Opportunity Employer** ChalksnBoard is an equal employment opportunity employer.
