Responsibilities:
1. Provides substantial administrative support

2.Uses Constant Contact (or other mail distribution system) efficiently and effectively, avoiding errors in the distribution of reports/Commentaries to Senior Adviser’s database, entering new contacts and managing the database

3.Assists in event planning and administration of public events and other meetings including check-in, maintaining lists, and day-of event support

4. Assist with documenting documents

5.Logistic documentary

6.Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree is must

2. Previous work experience as an Office Executive & Freshers are welcome

3. Proficiency in **MS OFFICE** tools like Word ,Excel & **Power Point **Presentation is must.

4. Excellent **written and oral** communication skills.

5. Excellent organizational skills.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
