**You will be responsible for**:

- Making assessments of patients' physical conditions.
- Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
- Conducting complex mobilization techniques.
- Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
- Planning and organizing physiotherapy and fitness programs for patients
- Instructs patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies.
- Educates patients and their families about the recovery process and the challenges they will face
- Guiding & educating the patients on implementing the physiotherapy regime as advised by the treating physician based on specific characteristics and needs of the patient

**Must have**:

- Good oral and written communication skills in English and the vernacular language of the location base
- Diet counselling skills
- Empathy and willingness to listen and relate to patients
- Good computer skills - MS Office (basic knowledge of MS Excel)
- Previous experience in counselling for patients
- At least 2+ years of work experience with patients having chronic illness
- Bachelors of Physiotherapy minimum required, Masters degree preferred

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in PSP programs earlier
