**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Schedule service appointments and manage job cards in the DMS system.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds with customers to verify issues and recommend services.
- Explain repair needs, estimated costs, and timelines clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with the workshop and technicians for diagnosis and job execution.
- Monitor work progress and keep customers updated on job status.
- Upsell value-added services, maintenance packages, and accessories.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles post-service with quality assurance.
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain service records and ensure documentation is complete.
- Follow up post-service for customer satisfaction and future appointments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the automobile industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, service procedures, and products.
- Proficient in using dealership management software (DMS) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
