Roles & Responsibility requirement:
1. Understand detailed drawings of profile.
2. Ensure the products meet industry standards with project specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
3. Select and adjust the proper cutting tools for completing a job.
4. Prepare and setup machines and tooling for profile manufacture.
5. Check machinery on daily basis to guarantee functionally.
6. Record all machine actions by completely product
7. To provide timeliness to other departments.
8. Inspection process to be done.
9. Stage inspection for each lot.
10. Weekly and monthly maintenance plan to be done.
Functions requirement:
1. Manpower to be handled in profile line.
2. Knowledge and experiences of computer knowledge and ERP.
3. Machine operation of profile line is must.
4. All entries to be done in daily reports.
5. Experience in quality checking by profile projector is must.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
