**Job Summary**:
**We are seeking an experienced Port Supervisor to oversee daily port operations, ensure efficient cargo handling, and maintain high levels of safety and customer satisfaction.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Supervise and coordinate port operations, including cargo loading/unloading, storage, and transportation.**

**2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISPS, and environmental protocols.**

**3. Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.**

**4. Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.**

**5. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.**

**6. Conduct investigations into incidents and accidents, recommending corrective actions.**

**7. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, security) to ensure integrated operations.**

**Requirements**:
**1. 3+ years of experience in port operations, preferably in a supervisory role.**

**2. In-depth knowledge of port operations, safety regulations, and industry standards.**

**3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.**

**4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders.**

**5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and port management software.**

**6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, transportation, business administration).**

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**1. Experience with [specific software or systems].**

**2. Certification in [relevant certification, e.g., ISPS].**

**3. Knowledge of [specific industry or trade regulations].**

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
