Multimedia Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training curricula covering various aspects of multimedia design, including graphic design, video production, animation, and web development.
- Conduct engaging training sessions using diverse instructional methods such as lectures, hands-on workshops, and multimedia presentations.
- Assess trainees' progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in multimedia technology to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in multimedia design and production, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and web development tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to learners of varying skill levels.
- Prior experience in teaching or training roles is highly desirable.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and online training methodologies.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to adapt training materials for diverse learning styles and needs.
