Role Overview

As a Post-Sales Executive, you will be the key link between potential buyers and their dream spaces. This is a skill-oriented, client-facing role—ideal for those who love connecting with people, guiding decisions, and turning conversations into conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with leads and follow up via calls and messages

Schedule and conduct site visits with clients

Understand client needs and offer suitable property options

Guide clients through the post-sales journey, ensuring smooth documentation and trust-building

Convert prospects into long-term customers with professionalism and empathy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate domain

Confident, presentable, and client-focused attitude

Passion for property, people, and progress

Training & Skill Development

We believe in building professionals. During the training period, you'll gain:
Basic knowledge of real estate (flat types, carpet area, RERA, property agreements, etc.)

Hands-on communication skills

Exposure to practical real estate operations

No prior experience in real estate? No problem. We’ll train you.

**Qualifications**:
12th & Graduate in any discipline

Age: 18 to 35 years
