F&b Associate

As an F&B Associate at Coco Lagoon Resort, you will be part of a passionate team that delivers warm hospitality and exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and professional food & beverage service across the resort’s restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Guest Experience**
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Guide guests through the menu, answer queries, and make recommendations.
- Take and deliver accurate food & beverage orders promptly.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by anticipating and fulfilling needs.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints tactfully and escalate when necessary.

**Service & Operations**
- Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring tables, buffet counters, and bars are well-presented.
- Provide efficient table service in accordance with resort SOPs.
- Support banquet functions, special events, and in-room dining service as required.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service stations and work areas.

**Teamwork & Communication**
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support colleagues during peak business periods and maintain team harmony.
- Communicate guest preferences and requests to supervisors and relevant teams.

**Health, Safety & Compliance**
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and resort health & safety standards.
- Ensure proper handling and service of alcoholic beverages as per regulations.
- Comply with Coco Lagoon’s grooming, discipline, and operational policies.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for guest service with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverages; wine and cocktail knowledge an added advantage.
- Professional appearance and team-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
