**Job Title**: TGT - English & Social Studies (SST) Teacher

**Reporting To**: Academic Coordinator / Principal

**Job Type**: Full-Time
- **Job Summary**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in English and SST as per the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Use innovative teaching methods to cater to varied learning styles and abilities.
- Integrate technology and real-life examples into lessons to enhance learning outcomes.
- Encourage critical thinking, reading comprehension, and effective written and verbal communication.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments, assignments, and projects to evaluate student performance.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain student records and reports as per school policy.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior effectively, ensuring discipline and respect.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school events.
- Stay updated with current educational trends and best practices in English and Social Studies teaching.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with fellow teachers, academic coordinators, and school management for curriculum planning and interdisciplinary projects.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in English / History / Political Science / Geography or related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with digital tools and educational technology is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
