Title: Telecaller Executive ( Female preferred )
Location: New Delhi, Okhla Phase-1
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of Experience in Relevant field

**Salary**: As per Company Standard

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales leads
- Explain the product or service to potential customers
- Receive orders over the telephone.
- Contact businesses and prospective clients by telephone to promote products, services
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers and close sale.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
- Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
- customer follow-up

**Required Skill**
- Outbound calling or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and good command over the phone.
- Telephone Etiquette and good command on Indiamart, JD etc.
- Proven track record in a sales environment
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate and experience in database navigation
- Knowledge of the IT industry an advantage
- Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
- Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
- Confident, self-motivated

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Okhla, New Delhi - 110020, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
