All should have experience in "Modular Kitchen" and "Modular wardrobes" Key roles & Responsibilities: Communication and Reporting: - Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site personnel, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. - Communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to project managers and clients. - Prepare regular progress reports, including daily logs, incident reports, and meeting minutes. Resource Management: - Manage resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials. - Coordinate deliveries and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. - Monitor project budgets and expenses to control costs and maximise efficiency. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a construction site supervisor With good understanding and knowledge of Interior construction works. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams - Experience in commercial interior projects is preferred. - Must have a knowledge of Kitchen, Wardrobe, Ceiling, Door installation etc. Supervision and Coordination: - Oversee daily on-site activities, including managing subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers. - Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve any issues or conflicts. Safety and Compliance: - Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. - Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or violations promptly. - Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and other regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance: - Monitor workmanship and quality of materials to ensure compliance with project standards. - Implement quality control measures and address any deficiencies or deviations. - Conduct inspections and walkthroughs to identify and rectify any issues. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 4 years (required) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) Willingness to travel: - 25% (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 12/05/2025
