What You'll Do
- **
- ** Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with development, product management, and DevOps teams to define testing requirements, improve software quality, and integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- ** Conduct End-to-End Testing**: Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure new features and bug fixes meet quality standards before release.
- ** Optimize Test Efficiency**: Identify test coverage gaps, streamline test cases, and improve the automation suite to reduce manual testing efforts.
- ** Monitor and Analyze Test Results**: Regularly review test reports, analyze failures, troubleshoot issues, and work with the development team to resolve defects.
- ** Drive Quality Standards**: Contribute to quality assurance processes, share best practices, and help define quality metrics and KPIs for tracking testing effectiveness.
- ** Mentor and Guide Team Members**: Provide guidance on test design, automation strategies, and QA best practices to support junior engineers.

What You'll Need to be Successful
- **
Technical Proficiency**:

- Good programming skills in any of. **C#, Java, Python**, or **JavaScript**.
- Solid understanding of **test automation frameworks** (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with **CI/CD tools** like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar, and **source control** (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of **API testing** and tools such as Postman or JMeter.
- ** Automation and Quality Assurance Skills**:

- Experience in designing and implementing **scalable test automation frameworks**.
- Proficiency in **functional, performance, integration, and regression testing**.
- Familiarity with **performance testing** tools like LoadRunner or Gatling is an advantage.
- Ability to develop, maintain, and execute **automated test scripts**.
- ** Problem Solving and Analytical Skills**:

- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on **troubleshooting** and **root cause analysis**.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and proactively contribute to the **quality strategy**.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with developers and product managers to improve testing processes.
- ** Adaptability and Continuous Learning**:

- Eagerness to stay updated on new testing technologies and tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle new challenges.
- ** Educational Background and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, or related field** (or equivalent experience).
- ** 4+ years of experience** in software development and test engineering roles.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Familiarity with **containerization and orchestration tools** (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with **BDD frameworks** (e.g., Cucumber) or Cypress
- Knowledge of **mobile testing tools**
