**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, report, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on product design.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, ensuring clear communication with development teams to drive timely resolution.
- Ensure the software meets quality standards and end-user requirements.
- Participate in test case reviews and code reviews to ensure the highest quality in deliverables.
- Work in an Agile environment, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Prepare test reports and document results for review by stakeholders.
- Maintain and update testing environments and tools as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest testing trends, tools, and technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).
- Familiarity with software testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, QTest).
- Strong understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
- Knowledge of different types of testing (functional, regression, performance, user acceptance).
- Experience in writing detailed, clear, and concise test cases.
- Ability to analyze and report on complex problems and software defects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Knowledge of databases and SQL queries for data verification.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
