We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team of business consultants. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist our clients in obtaining the necessary licenses and registrations from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) to establish and operate their pharmacy shops successfully.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a regulatory expert and point of contact for clients seeking to open pharmacy shops and navigate CDSCO regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and guide them through the regulatory process.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and ensure all necessary documents are prepared for CDSCO submissions.
- Stay up-to-date with CDSCO regulations, guidelines, and any changes that might impact the licensing process.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, providing updates on the status of regulatory submissions.
- Liaise with CDSCO officials to address any queries, clarifications, or additional information required during the review process.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on regulatory compliance and best practices in the pharmaceutical retail sector.
- Assist in resolving any challenges or issues that arise during the regulatory approval process.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions, submissions, and responses related to CDSCO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical sector, with specific knowledge of CDSCO regulations.
- Strong understanding of the licensing and registration process for pharmacy shops in India.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory documentation and submission requirements.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
